Business identity and registered SMS brand

Torvera Group LLC was formerly named SMOVE RENTALS LLC. SMOVE RENTALS is the registered brand name used for our SMS messaging registration. Torvera Group and Torvera Auto are the customer-facing names for our business and automotive services. References to SMOVE RENTALS and Torvera Group in this SMS program refer to the same business.

Information we collect

When you request service, we collect the contact details you provide, including your name, email address, and phone number; vehicle details such as VIN, mileage, make, and model; requested services and appointment preferences; and any photos or videos you upload. We record your SMS consent choice with your service request and its creation time.

How we use information

We use this information to review and manage service requests, arrange appointments, communicate about your vehicle, provide inspection and repair updates, maintain service records, and protect the portal. If you choose to receive texts, we use your number for appointment and service-related SMS messages.

Sharing and SMS privacy

We may use service providers to host the portal, store service records and uploaded media, and deliver communications on our behalf. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase or receive service. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Reply HELP for help, or email info@torveragroup.com.
